We make it simple with a three step process:

1. open an account with us

Simply complete the application form online found here. Once completed and signed, fax or email it to us with two forms of identification. One of which must be a passport or valid drivers license. The entire list of valid forms of ID can be found here.

 

Once received we will process your application form immediately and in most cases your account will be activated within a few hours. You will be allocated your own account manager who will explain exactly how things work and be able to answer any questions you may have. There is no charge for opening your account and you are under no obligation to use it.

 

2. go online/call us for a quote

If you wish to proceed we guarantee the exchange rate online and confirm it in an email. More»

 

Once your account is open and you are ready to exchange funds, simply go online and receive an up-to-the-minute guaranteed rate. The rate you are quoted will be all inclusive - NO Commission and NO Transfer fees. If you accept this rate, then a trade is booked. You will be sent via email or fax the contract details. We would then ask you to let us have the details of where you would like your currency sent.

 

3. sending your funds

We will transfer your funds by priority anywhere in the world free of charge. More»

 

Once a contract is fixed we require cleared funds within three business days. Under certain circumstances we can extend this but you would need to inform your account manager to make specific arrangements.

 

We are able to release your currency the moment your funds clear in our client account - so there is no delay in transferring the money onwards.

 

Depending on the final destination, your funds should arrive within 3-5 days.
